Dance fitness and conditioning

Mondays 9.15 - 10.15am & Fridays 1.30 - 2.30pm
Dance specific fitness and conditioning dancers aimed at professional and training dancers. Classes will work on developing all aspects of fitness including strength, stamina, power and flexibility to help you meet the physical demands required by the dancing profession. Massage, stretching and myofascial release techniques will be taught to release common areas of tightness. All aspects of training will be related to and help the prevention of injury.
£5 per class or £23 for block of 5 classes
Students £4 per class or £42 per term
Classes are drop in so feel free to come along anytime. Please wear supportive trainers or jazz trainers and bring a water bottle. Click here for directions to the centre.
